Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Executing data enrichment tasks as instructed by the client, ensuring precision in all entries
- Managing credentialing-related responsibilities, including the entry of application data, verification of vendor resources, and maintenance of updated board certifications
- Liaising with state boards and credentialing entities to monitor the status of updates and verifications
- Ensuring the maintenance of accurate credentialing information that meets industry standards and best practices
- Validating third-party data utilizing online databases and diligently cross-checking all information for correctness
- Fulfilling additional duties as required to support team objectives and align with the company's goals
Required Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong emphasis on accuracy
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating a solid command of the English language
- Ability to effectively manage time in a remote work environment
- Basic familiarity with credentialing processes is advantageous but not mandatory
Qualifications

We're looking for individuals who are committed to a full-time work schedule of 40 hours per week, with weekends off. A reliable internet connection with speeds of at least 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload is required.
