Job Summary
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting arenaflex products and services. You will work closely with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience. This is a part-time role, and you will be required to work in our Remote office.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service by implementing your expertise and training
- Provide courteous and efficient support to all arenaflex clients and their pets by understanding their needs and sharing insightful product information
- Be well-versed in pet-focused events, resources, and expenditures within the area, such as dog parks, cat shows, animal-friendly hotels, and related amenities
- Remain dedicated to promoting animal welfare while abiding by ethical standards in the workplace
- Engage with customers about new products and services by having comprehensive information about their benefits and features
- Politely and efficiently respond to telephone inquiries regarding product, service, and pricing concerns
- Create an open and approachable management structure that values the contribution of every team member
- Discover your ideal pet from our array of adoption events and promote our Think Adoption First approach
- Comprehend the team's individual competencies, which is crucial in matching customers with the right partner, empowered to create the desired guest experience effectively
- Stay abreast of recent promotional deals and unique services provided
- Keep your pet safe and happy year-round by staying up to date on their seasonal training, which can include protecting against fleas and ticks, promoting summer safety, and taking advantage of holiday offerings
- Undertake supplementary tasks and exceptional projects as instructed
- Analyze guest queries and redirect them to the Leader on Duty if required
- Carry out actions such as bending, stooping, and raising, and sometimes handle objects weighing up to 50 pounds, as required
- Master selling behaviors: The Sales Model provides employees with the necessary tools to identify and solve the needs of pets today and in the future
- Maintain the safety of our clients, visitors, and beloved pets by adhering to our safety guidelines
- Cultivate a culture of collaboration to fulfill the health and well-being needs of pets

Essential Qualifications
