About the Role:

As a Cloud Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for guiding clients on how to ingest, store, process, analyze, and visualize data on the arenaflex Cloud Platform. You'll work closely with clients to design and implement large-scale data handling systems, develop data pipelines optimized for scalability, and investigate potential platform issues. Additionally, you'll collaborate with Product Management and Product Design to build and continuously drive excellence in our products.

Key Responsibilities:

* Direct clients on the most effective ways to ingest, store, process, analyze, and visualize data on the arenaflex Cloud Platform

• Manage data migrations and innovative projects
• Work with states, colleges, and other public sector clients to design large-scale data handling systems, develop data pipelines optimized for scaling, and investigate potential platform issues
• Collaborate with Product Management and Product Design to build and continually drive excellence in our products
• Travel up to 15% of the time to client sites to deliver solutions and conduct workshops to educate and enable clients on a case-by-case basis
• Utilize video conferencing for meetings, technical reviews, and on-site delivery exercises

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• 2 years of experience in data processing programming (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Pig, Hive) and analytics (e.g., MapReduce, Flume)
• Experience coding in at least one of the following languages: Java, C++, or Python
• Dynamic US Government Top Secret/SCI Trusted status

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working with/on data warehouses, including data mart models, system components, ETL/ELT and reporting/informational devices and tools, data structures

• Experience with big data, data recovery, data mining, or AI
• Experience building multi-tier high availability applications with modern web technologies (e.g., NoSQL, MongoDB, SparkML, TensorFlow, etc.)
• Experience architecting, developing, or web-scale creation grade big data solutions in virtualized environments
• Experience managing client-facing projects, investigating clients' technical issues, and working with design, sales, services, and clients

Skills and Competencies:

* Strong technical expertise in cloud computing, data processing, and analytics

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
