Key Responsibilities

As a Female Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a courteous and professional manner
  • Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions, and following up to ensure resolution
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to assist customers effectively
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through active communication
  • Assisting in product returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Contributing to team efforts by achieving performance targets and KPIs
  • Staying updated on company policies, procedures, and industry trends

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
