The Role
As a Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone and email. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer inquiries and issues related to air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and other services. To succeed in this role, you must be fluent in Danish and possess a good command of English. Your strong communication skills, flexibility, and dynamic approach will enable you to find solutions for each individual customer, ensuring their journey runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide accurate information about new bookings, rebooking's, and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more
- Find solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone and email
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and service offerings to provide informed support
Essential Qualifications:
* Fluency in Danish (written and spoken)
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Flexibility and adaptability in a remote work setting
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in customer support software
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in customer support or a related field
- Knowledge of air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and other services
