Job Description
As a Part-Time Remote Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Taking inbound calls to assist with credit-related memberships, services, and product offerings, and advocating for solutions that will help consumers improve their creditworthiness.
- Helping consumers understand credit bureau processes and educating them on appropriate steps to request corrections.
- Receiving customer requests for assistance, identifying support needed, and either helping or forwarding requests to the appropriate functional area.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and technical support assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Interpret and respond to customer requests, putting yourself in the customer's shoes to understand their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informed support.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time.
Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED.
- At least one year of customer service experience.
- Comfortable using a computer to perform operations.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, employment verification, education verification, credit check, and a drug screen.
- Flexible work environment: ability to work remotely, but you must be a US resident living within 45-60 minutes of Van Buren, AR.
- High-speed internet service (minimum 25 mbps download/ 5 mbps upload).
- Ability to work on camera using your computer's webcam for remote training.
