Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Promptly recognizing and addressing internal and external customers' needs
- Providing friendly, courteous, and professional service in person or over the phone
- Resolving customer issues with minimal supervision and following up in a timely manner
- Handling payments, financing, and refunds within company guidelines
- Maintaining accurate records using available technology
- Executing clerical service functions, including scheduling, routing, finalizing, and parts ordering
- Updating and maintaining customer service reports and records
- Performing other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A steady job history and 1 year of experience in a similar customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
