Job Summary

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and customers, while maintaining positive relationships and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. You will work from the comfort of your own home, equipped with the latest technology and tools to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide service to patients in a professional manner, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients and customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Learn and understand ETM software operation, as well as billing and account operations, to provide accurate and efficient service.
  • Answer and document all telephone inquiries, researching and resolving problems with patients' bills.
  • Update patients' insurance coverage as needed, printing courtesy claims and itemized statements.
  • Rebills accounts after receiving insurance information, arranging financial agreements with patients using budget plans as needed.
  • Perform other duties and assignments as requested by management.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Strong communication skills (oral and written) required, with the ability to speak, listen, and type simultaneously.
  • Understanding and familiarity with Microsoft Windows environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

  • Experience in retail and restaurant service is strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and systems.
