Job Description
As a Part-Time Remote Contact Center Customer Service Representative – Inbound/Outbound, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of customer calls, emails, and chats, providing exceptional service and support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound calls from customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
- Making outbound calls to customers to follow up on their accounts, resolve complaints, and collect payments
- Directing calls to further problem resolution, if necessary, and escalating complex issues to senior team members
- Working significant overtime hours during times of heavy claims, ensuring that our clients receive the support they need
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs and issue resolutions
- Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Good customer service skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work 6-7 days per week, including evenings and weekends, for catastrophic events
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
