Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support department, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex products. Key Responsibilities:

* Connect directly with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide product recommendations

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to resolve complex customer issues, think proactively, and set follow-up meetings as needed
  • Work with empathy, attention to detail, persistence, sympathy, and thoughtfulness to customers and colleagues alike
  • Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and partners across various levels of the organization using virtual collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, and webcams to foster a customer-driven culture of teamwork
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company initiatives to provide informed support and recommendations
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) in a written evaluation
  • Ability to multitask (e.g., handle phone calls while researching on the computer and taking notes) and perform well in a high-speed environment
  • Proficiency in using computers, both for data entry and navigation through systems and the web to find information to support customers
  • Ability to adapt to change with the business needs of the organization
  • Flexibility to adjust schedule and stay at work past 40 hours as needed by the team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer service software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Technical Requirements:

* A dedicated workspace with a large enough area to accommodate computer screens and be free from distractions, including any background noise that may impact the customer experience

  • A stable, high-speed internet connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/10 Mbps+ upload speed)
  • A wireless or tablet device for two-factor authentication through Okta Confirm
  • A headset or other device for clear communication with customers
