Job Summary
As a Chat Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients via live chat. You'll respond to customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, and provide product information to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a part-time remote role, which means you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home and choose your own schedule (except Sundays and Saturdays).
Responsibilities
As a Chat Support Associate at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via live chat
- Resolving technical issues and providing solutions to customers via live chat
- Providing product information, pricing, and availability to customers
- Accurately documenting customer interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales and technical support, to resolve customer issues
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including first response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 0-1 year of customer service experience (entry-level)
- Basic technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps
- A quiet and dedicated workspace with minimal distractions

Available Shifts and Compensation
Available shifts are all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation depends on your experience.
