Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Chat & Phone Tech Support/Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing basic technical support via phone or chat to customers, ensuring a memorable and delightful experience
  • Interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Delivering exceptional support experiences, meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets
  • Working collaboratively with our team to achieve business objectives and drive customer loyalty
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

* Must live in the United States

  • Applicants residing within a 50-mile radius of our local sites may only be considered for onsite job openings
  • For this role, applicants must reside in one (1) of the following States: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Mexico, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, West Virginia, or Wyoming

Qualifications

* Flexible to the needs of the business, with a willingness to adapt and learn

  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • 18 years of age

Equipment and Internet Requirements

* Hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)

  • Required Internet Speed is 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
  • A Working Phone Line (Home Phone or Mobile)
  • Home office must be a noise/distraction-free environment
  • Desk and an ergonomic chair
