The Role
As an Experienced Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including phone, email, and online chat. You'll be the face of arenaflex, guiding customers through the ordering process, addressing post-order inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping customers navigate our extensive product range, ensuring that they feel valued and supported throughout their shopping journey.
Responsibilities
* Respond to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials
- Guide customers through the ordering procedure online, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience
- Address post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping, resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Utilize a range of software tools to address client inquiries, providing accurate and timely responses
- Collaborate with outside shipping contractors to resolve international concerns and ensure timely delivery
- Work effectively in a dynamic, multitasking environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring that customer issues are resolved promptly and professionally
Requirements
* High school graduation or its equivalent
- Two or more years of experience in the retail, service, or customer service industries
- Proficient in basic math, with the ability to compute refunds before and after discounts, and apply specified percentages, tiered promotional codes, and partial discounts to orders
- Exceptional communication skills, including the capacity to clearly and concisely communicate in writing and speech, as well as to listen to and interpret customer needs
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization abilities
- Flexibility with a full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings
- A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy
- Experience working under pressure in a high-volume environment while upholding standards for productivity, quality, and service
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Internet Explorer
Preferred Qualifications
* Fluency in one of the following languages: English, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, or Russian
- Experience working in a luxury fashion e-commerce environment
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and software tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, providing support and guidance to colleagues as needed
