Job Overview
We're looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team, working 3 days a week from 10am-2pm. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for conducting outbound calls to a lead list provided by the company, engaging potential clients and providing information about our services and initiatives. You'll also be responsible for building rapport and maintaining positive relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and active listening.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles, with a proven track record of success in outbound calling preferred. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse individuals. - Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving goals. - Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. - Commitment to our mission of empowering women in leadership positions and promoting gender equality.
