About the Role
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our data-driven applications. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to design, build, and optimize data pipelines, ensuring that our systems are efficient, scalable, and reliable. Your expertise will be essential in helping us drive business growth, improve customer experiences, and stay ahead of the competition.
Responsibilities
* Gather requirements and scope business data needs through collaborative sessions with stakeholders, business users, and executive sponsors
- Design, build, and optimize data architecture and ETL pipelines to support business intelligence and analytics
- Work closely with analysts to productionize and scale value-creating capabilities, including data integrations and transformations, model functions, and statistical and machine learning models
- Ensure the highest standards of data reliability, integrity, and governance, enabling accurate, timely, and trustworthy data sets, business intelligence products, and analyses
- Engage with the analyst community, communicate with analysts to identify key pain points and data sourcing inefficiencies, suggest best practices, and lead analyst trainings
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics) or equivalent relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering or business intelligence roles
- Experience with relational databases, including SQL queries, database design, and schema layout
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, engineering, statistics, mathematics)
- Experience with data warehouses, distributed data platforms, and data lakes
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex, multi-dimensional problems
- Strong business and technical communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
