Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our customers through inbound calls, chats, and emails. You'll be the go-to person for resolving post-order issues, answering questions, and ensuring that our customers have a seamless experience with our products. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, have a knack for problem-solving, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide top-notch customer support through inbound calls, chats, and emails, ensuring that customers have a positive experience with arenaflex

  • Resolve post-order issues, such as delivery questions, damages, returns, substitutions, and order status inquiries
  • Use your problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues in a first-contact resolution approach
  • Utilize your knowledge of PCs and technology to navigate multiple programs, tabs, and tools to quickly and effectively answer customer questions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide a seamless experience
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to management to enhance customer satisfaction and support processes
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and support effectiveness metrics

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English and Spanish
  • Experience working in a Windows-based environment or similar
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal downtime
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer support experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Experience working with e-commerce companies or similar industries
  • Knowledge of CRM software and other customer support tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
