Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients and customers, handling their inquiries, issues, and concerns with care and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner
- Providing excellent customer service through active listening and empathy
- Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
- Resolving issues on the first call by being proactive and resourceful
- Appropriately communicating with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
- Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Providing feedback on call issues and opportunities for improvement
- Upselling and cross-selling products and services when required
Qualifications
We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
- 6 months of customer service experience (preferably in a call center or customer-facing role)
- Over 18 years of age
- Ability to type 25 words per minute
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Comfort with desktop computer systems and software
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
- Organization and work prioritization skills
Work from Home Requirements
To ensure a successful work-from-home experience, you will need:
- A reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 12.0 Mbps and upload speed of 3.0 Mbps

- Proof of internet speed required
