The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), advanced statistical analysis, and a proven ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs, analyze customer journeys, and provide actionable recommendations to drive engagement and conversion. The candidate must demonstrate thought leadership, curiosity, and a proactive approach to innovation and problem-solving in a fast-paced, agile environment. Lead end-to-end analysis of digital marketing and experimentation performance using Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe tools to drive actionable business insights. Define and refine KPIs, measurement frameworks, and conversion funnels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations. Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities across web and app customer journeys. Generate and present insight-driven recommendations to improve engagement, conversion, and overall digital experience. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and experimentation teams to support decision-making through data-backed insights. Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reporting solutions to track marketing performance and experimentation outcomes. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms (CJA, Adobe Target, reporting tools) through validation and reconciliation. Support experimentation analysis (A/B testing) by measuring results, interpreting outcomes, and providing actionable learnings. Lead or mentor team members in analytics best practices, data storytelling, and insights generation.
