Call Center Agent - DOS

Department: Contact Center Location: Remote - USA Compensation: $16.00 - $17.00 / hour Description PATLive is seeking skilled and personable individuals for a remote role handling incoming calls for the Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations. • Full-Time Availability: You are available to work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
• Technical Proficiency: You are comfortable using computers and navigating software applications.
• Required Equipment: A high-quality wired headset, keyboard, and mouse are required for optimal performance.
• Dedicated Workspace: You have a quiet, distraction-free home office environment.
• Residency: We currently prefer candidates from Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas for existing job opportunities.
• Background Check: You are able to pass a background check.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Minimum Requirements:

• Reliable Internet: A stable, wired internet connection to your Wi-Fi router or cable modem, with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
• Professional Equipment: A high-quality wired headset, keyboard, and mouse are required for optimal performance.
• Schedule Availability: Candidates must be available to work a Monday through Friday schedule, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET.
