Responsibilities

As a Remote Part-Time Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Entering data into various systems, databases, records, and files with accuracy and speed
  • Possessing excellent typing, writing, and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and clients
  • Summarizing data for standardized reports, ensuring clarity and precision
  • Typing data directly and accurately, with a focus on minimizing errors
  • Verifying data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation to ensure accuracy
  • Organizing paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed to maintain a clutter-free workspace

Requirements

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and clients
  • The ability to speak confidently, clearly, and professionally for voice recording data
  • Prior experience handling data entry responsibilities or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision, with minimal guidance
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel spreadsheets, to efficiently manage data
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications will be beneficial:

  • Data Entry Clerk: 1 year of experience (Required)
  • Excel/Filing: 1 year of experience (Required)
