Key Responsibilities

- Commit to a minimum of 10 hours of availability per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications) preferred

- Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and proficiency in using a computer and internet-based applications
