Job Overview

As a Loan Servicing Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound communications concerning our loan services, delivering outstanding support to clients and prospective customers. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing precise information regarding loan products, terms, conditions, and application processes. You will also assist clients through the loan application journey, clarifying required documentation and next steps, and addressing and resolving client issues or concerns related to their loan accounts, payments, and transactions.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage inbound communications via phone, email, and other channels, responding in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Provide precise information regarding loan products, terms, conditions, and application processes.
  • Assist clients through the loan application journey, clarifying required documentation and next steps.
  • Address and resolve client issues or concerns related to their loan accounts, payments, and transactions.
  • Ensure effective follow-up on customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
  • Document client interactions accurately within the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with loan officers and team members to deliver seamless customer service and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Stay informed about the latest loan products, policies, and industry regulations.
  • Adhere to compliance standards in all client interactions and services.

Required Skills

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within loan services, banking, or financial services.

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to clearly explain complex loan terms and processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and phone systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to efficiently address customer concerns.
