Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Working with large, messy, disparate datasets and performing ad-hoc analyses to inform critical business decisions
• Developing data visualizations to display and quantify the impact of changes and specific business challenges
• Engaging with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to establish credibility and provide actionable insights
• Leveraging scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate reporting tasks and improve data accuracy
• Documenting processes and sharing expertise with colleagues to foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to govern data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity
• Creativity and a user experience (UX) basis to develop impactful Tableau dashboards
• Business operations fluency, with the ability to recognize and root out business problems
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, advanced experience with SQL and Tableau, as well as experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations, would be a significant advantage. Additionally, experience with Python or other scripting languages, as well as data manipulation tools like Knime, Alteryx, R, Tableau Prep, etc., would be beneficial.
