Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Data Entry Operator to join our remote team. As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for accurately inputting engraving information for pet ID tags from various order forms and emails. You will also read and interpret handwritten addresses from both the US and Canada with precision. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be crucial in ensuring the timely completion of data entry tasks.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately input engraving information for pet ID tags from various order forms and emails.

• Read and interpret handwritten addresses from both the US and Canada with precision.
• Complete data entry tasks on Fridays (by 2 PM) and Mondays (by 5 PM) to facilitate timely order processing.
• Allocate approximately 5 hours weekly across both days based on the volume of orders received.
• Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve any issues or concerns related to data entry.

Required Skills

* Exceptional typing skills achieving 12,000+ keystrokes per hour or 60-80 words per minute, ensuring a focus on accuracy.

• Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding names, addresses, and engraving specifications.
• Familiarity with handwritten address interpretation from the US and Canada is highly preferred.
• Proven time management skills to consistently meet deadlines while working independently.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve any issues that may arise.

Qualifications

* Reliable and detail-oriented individual.

• Must have consistent availability on Fridays and Mondays for timely completion of data entry tasks.
• Your own computer setup with dual monitors is required for optimal efficiency.
• Previous experience in data entry or similar roles is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is an asset.
