Overview:

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to policyholders and stakeholders via inbound calls, emails, and written correspondence. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that all inquiries and issues are handled promptly and professionally, while maintaining adherence to defined operational standards. With a focus on first contact resolution and high customer satisfaction, you'll be an integral part of our mission to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Primary Responsibilities:

Call Center Environment:

Handle a high volume of calls (70-120 daily) with policyholders, providers, and interested third parties

Heavy Phone Contact:

Provide exceptional service through phone, email, and written correspondence

Procedure Review and Maintenance:

Stay up-to-date on new and revised procedures regarding policy information

Customer Needs:

Ensure customer needs are met on every interaction

Department Standards:

Maintain department standards for call volume, average handle time, and time management

Requirements:

Work Experience:

1+ years of experience in a high-volume contact center environment (Receptionist role or similar experience strongly preferred)

Age:

18 years or older

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Remote Experience:

Strongly preferred but not required

Internet Connection:

Reliable internet connection with a minimum of 20 UPLOAD & 20 DOWNLOAD speed (hard-wired connection required)

Smartphone:

Must have a smartphone to access VPN

Insurance Industry Experience:

Considered a plus but not a requirement

Quiet & Professional Workplace:

Must have a quiet and professional workspace

Basic Computer Knowledge:

Proficient in basic computer skills, keyboard functions, and Microsoft Office

Excellent Communication:

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Typing Speed:

Minimum typing requirement of 30 wpm

Multi-Tasking:

Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

Organization and Time Management:

Excellent organization and time management skills

Available nationwide, excluding specific locations (Houston, TX, Miami, FL, New York, California, Hawaii, Washington, Washington D.C., New Jersey, Vermont, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Maine, and Wyoming)

Duration:

2-3 weeks long

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm CST

Availability:

Must have open availability Monday-Friday between 7:30 am - 6:30 pm CST

Schedule Post-Training:

40-Hour Workweek:

Assigned to a 40-hour workweek, Monday-Friday

No Weekend Shifts:

No weekend shifts unless overtime is presented on the weekend

Full-Time Positions:

Full-time positions only (no part-time)
