Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled and customer-centric Remote Customer Service Representative to join our 24/7 Call Center team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service experiences to our customers, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. This role requires a strong ability to work independently, think critically, and navigate a computerized data entry system.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, or chat, providing problem resolution and support in accordance with arenaflex's service standards.
- Analyze customer service needs and communicate with service and technical departments to resolve complex issues.
- Maintain detailed and current knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, as well as those of assigned clients.
- Utilize a computerized data entry system to enter required data into client-provided systems and databases.
- Escalate or refer unresolved customer grievances and requests to more experienced Customer Service Representatives or designated departments.
- Build base knowledge and familiarization of products, policies, and procedures for a limited number of clients.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
What We're Looking For
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 6 months minimum call center experience, either remote or onsite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work hours as assigned, including nights and weekends
- Ability to be on camera during work hours
Desired Skills and Capabilities
* Acquires and applies job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks.
- Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision outside of stated processes.
- Recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice and has little or no role in decision-making.
- Normally receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures on all work, requiring instructions on all assignments.
- Works under close supervision.
