Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Remote Customer Service Agent to join our team, providing exceptional support to our customers through live chat, email, and social media. As a live chat assistant, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing sales links, and offering discounts. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred
- 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer bases
- Basic English writing skills, with the ability to write clear and concise responses
- Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop, phone, or tablet
