The Role
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Automotive Dealer Support, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to automotive dealerships, resolving issues, and ensuring timely and accurate solutions
* Using your computer skills to research requests related to profile assistance, track vehicle shipments and vehicle orders, assist with car warranties, and escalate critical orders
* Offering timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations, including phone calls, chats, emails, and other communications as needed
* Maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude, even in challenging situations
* Working closely with our team to provide support and guidance
* Meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity
Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong computer, typing, and phone skills
* Ability to speak and type proficiently at the same time
* Solid work ethic and ability to meet deadlines
* Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Two or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
* Availability to work during the hours listed below, with a commitment to sticking to the schedule reliably
Schedule
* Training (requires 100% attendance):
+ First five weeks: instructor-led, 8 hours/day, between 8 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Eastern time, Monday-Friday
+ Next four weeks: hands-on calls, scheduled during hours of operation, between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Eastern time, Monday-Friday
* Work schedule:
+ Able to work shifts between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Eastern time, Monday-Friday
+ No weekends!
Nice to Have
* Degree in a relevant or related field
* Experience in the automotive industry
Remote Work Requirements
* Michigan resident
* High-speed internet access at home that you are able to connect to via Ethernet or landline
* Secluded and distraction-free work environment
