Key Responsibilities and Duties
As a Remote Customer Experience Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and in a timely manner
- Planning and selling transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services
- Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advising them on suitable destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations
- Utilizing promotional techniques and preparing promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary
- Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by utilizing the right methods and tools
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Taking the extra mile to engage customers and build a loyal client base
- Working collaboratively with team members to improve the overall customer service experience
- Staying up-to-date with new products, services, and policies
Qualifications
To be successful as a Remote Customer Experience Agent, you'll need:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
