Job Summary
As a Customer Dispute Resolution Specialist, you'll play a critical role in resolving customer disputes and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients' needs are met. This is a remote work opportunity that offers flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to work with a talented team of professionals.
Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries and disputes via chat in a timely and professional manner
- Investigate customer inquiries and disputes to determine the root cause of the problem
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer disputes and issues
- Maintain accurate and complete records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
- Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality standards
- Continuously learn and adapt to new software and technology tools
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or chat environment
- Knowledge of customer service software and technology tools
