Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative – Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing inbound customer communications, including answering incoming emails, addressing customer questions, requests, and issues
- Consulting on customer success, advising customers on how to successfully leverage our products/services based on their unique needs
- Maintaining working product knowledge, acting as a product expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date, and strategic
- Tracking interactions in CRM, recording customers' interactions in our internal system for cross-functional awareness and relationship development
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 1-2 years of proven experience in supporting client success
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude
- Passion for delighting customers with above-and-beyond service
- Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote or virtual environment
