Job Summary

We're seeking an Experienced Full Stack Recruiter to join our Customer Excellence team and support full-cycle hiring across various levels of our organization. As a Recruiter, you'll be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting top talent to onboarding and integrating new hires into our team. You'll work closely with hiring managers, interviewers, and team members to ensure a seamless and personalized experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage a full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on all levels of the Customer Excellence organization

• Partner with and advise hiring managers and hiring teams to ensure a personalized and effective hiring experience
• Develop a network of potential candidates through passive and active sourcing, and ongoing relationship management
• Participate in special virtual events, including recruiting events, career fairs, and networking events
• Lead or contribute to multiple internal projects, such as process improvements and talent development initiatives
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the Manager, Customer Excellence Recruiting

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of high-volume corporate and/or agency full-cycle recruiting experience supporting a variety of complex roles

• Success in hiring evergreen and single-threaded roles
• Experience partnering with and advising senior leaders, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
• Experience prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and relationships
• Commitment to providing an excellent candidate experience
• Experience using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, and an Applicant Tracking System (we use Greenhouse)
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer on an ongoing basis

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-centric organization or industry

• Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
• Strong understanding of recruitment marketing and branding strategies
• Experience with data analysis and reporting to inform recruitment decisions
• Certification in recruitment or a related field (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including hiring managers, interviewers, and team members
