Job Summary

As a Product Support Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing timely and effective support to our customers via live chat. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via live chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, computer science) preferred

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
  • Minimum availability of 5+ hours per week
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop, phone, or tablet
