Role Overview

As a Full Stack Data Center Engineer at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in the design, implementation, and management of our cloud and IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data centers, including the management of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, as well as the development and implementation of technical documentation and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, implement, and manage cloud and IT infrastructure solutions to meet the needs of arenaflex's growing business

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical documentation and procedures
• Manage and maintain data center infrastructure, including MEP systems, power distribution units, and cooling systems
• Develop and implement energy and environmental management programs to reduce energy consumption and minimize environmental impact
• Conduct regular operational reviews and audits to ensure compliance with Amazon requirements and relevant regulatory requirements
• Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders, including data center operations teams and technical program managers
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including landlords, facility managers, and logistics teams
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide 24x7 support for data center operations

Primary Obligations and SME Fields

* Operations and Maintenance: + Ownership of all data center modifications, events, incidents, and troubles from start to finish + Responsible for ensuring preservation and maintenance of web-site critical facility infrastructure or a data center are deliberate and done to the quality interest of the enterprise + Responsible for asset and inventory control + Develop and maintain technical documentation, including procedure statements, working procedures, emergency reaction procedures, preventive preservation programs, and all technical documentation + Ensure standardization and consistency with quality-in-elegance working practices + Develop a thorough understanding of the design intent, operational options, and contingency plans associated with all data center systems

• Engineering and Technical:

+ Manage the engineering elements of the data centers associated with economic and fee control, code and regulatory compliance, employees control, group of workers schooling and improvement + Health & Safety, nearby statutory requirements, environmental and power control + Develop and supply the everyday engineering reviews and ensure adherence to gotten smaller deliverables, including SLA's and KPI's + Communicate working philosophies, technical records, targets, and expectancies to Amazon employees and to the seller vital centers control groups + Providing fingers-on facility guide in which required (e.g. set up of recent equipment, decommissioning of equipment, alternative of defective equipment, internal audits, etc.)

Essential Qualifications

* At least 5 years of experience in data center operations and on-name guide for data center centers

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
