Key Responsibilities
As a Part Time Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional live chat support to customers via our clients' websites and social media accounts
- Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior support agents
- Collaborating with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
- Following provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in our support services
- Working independently, with minimal supervision, to manage your workload and meet performance expectations
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
