Responsibilities:
As an Online Customer Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
- Building relationships with new customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Responding to customer inquiries, requests, and problems in a timely and accurate manner
- Promoting arenaflex products and services to customers
- Consistently meeting established standards of performance
- Portraying a positive and professional image in all interactions
- Providing administrative support to the customer service team
- Assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed
Skills Required:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent email handling skills
- Strong customer service focus with the ability to empathize and prioritize customer needs
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple conversations simultaneously
- Solid sales acumen and a willingness to promote arenaflex products and services
- Minimum typing skills of 30 words per minute
- Determination to succeed and a strong work ethic
- Personal accountability and a commitment to excellence
Preferred Qualifications:
* Contact Center background or experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with arenaflex products and services (training will be provided)
