Responsibilities

As an Offsite or Hybrid Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Entering data accurately and efficiently into various systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Reviewing and correcting data errors, identifying and implementing solutions to prevent future errors
  • Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information
  • Creating and managing spreadsheets and databases, using your analytical skills to identify trends and insights

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of data entry or related experience, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency
  • Strong typing skills (at least 50 words per minute), with the ability to maintain high levels of productivity
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and data entry software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a keen eye for spotting errors and inconsistencies
  • Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
