Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement by analyzing business needs, identifying solutions, and implementing changes. Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Eliciting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring they are well-formed, traceable, and testable with defined acceptance criteria.
• Attending requirements workshops to communicate and discuss documented business requirements.
• Creating test plans and test cases to ensure thorough testing and validation of business solutions.
• Organizing and maintaining the team backlog to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient project execution.
• Collaborating with the management team to develop new products and sales strategies, and working with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements
