Responsibilities

As a Medical Records Clerk / Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our medical record management services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately entering and maintaining dancer medical records in our database
  • Ensuring compliance with confidentiality regulations and data protection laws
  • Assisting in scheduling appointments and coordinating with healthcare providers
  • Responding to inquiries regarding medical records as needed
  • Verifying accuracy of data entered and conducting regular audits
  • Maintaining organized and efficient electronic filing systems
  • Supporting administrative tasks and paperwork as required

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus
  • Proven experience as a Medical Records Clerk or Data Entry Operator
  • Understanding of medical terminology and records management best practices
  • Proficiency in data entry software and MS Office Suite
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • 3+ years of active savings/checkings bank account experience
