Job Summary
arenaflex is seeking an experienced Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, online communication, and resolving routine problems and questions regarding client products and services. Responsibilities
- Actively listen and ask questions to identify customer needs: Utilize your exceptional communication skills to understand customer requirements and preferences, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Advise on plan options, coverages, and pricing: Provide expert guidance to customers on various insurance plans, coverages, and pricing options, ensuring that they make informed decisions that meet their needs.
- Process new and/or amended enrollments: Efficiently process customer enrollments and amendments, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service experience: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.
- Active Personal Lines resident license: Possess a valid Personal Lines resident license to sell insurance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- High school diploma or GED: Minimum educational requirement, demonstrating a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
