We're seeking an experienced Work-from-Home Customer Service Representative to join our team in Jersey City, NJ. As a key member of our remote customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch billing support and customer service to our clients, leveraging your expertise to resolve customer inquiries, and promoting additional products and services. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional billing support and customer service to clients via inbound calls, ensuring First Call Resolution (FCR) and complete Customer Satisfaction (VOC)
- Determine offerings customers are missing and make upgrade and add-on service recommendations
- Ensure accurate and complete coding of sales
- Utilize your expertise to resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
- Promote additional products and services to customers, leveraging your understanding of client call flow and needs
- Collaborate with our team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty

- Ability to work in a home office environment with minimal distractions
