Job Summary

As a Home-Based Chat Support Representative – Entry Level, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through live chat and email, providing timely and accurate responses to their queries. Requirements

* A device with internet access capable of handling social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)

  • The ability to work autonomously and follow detailed instructions
  • A minimum availability of 20 hours per week, with potential for additional hours during busy periods
  • No prior experience is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success
