Job Summary

As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll be the main point of contact for customers using our client's food ordering app. You'll handle customer inquiries, concerns, and provide information through inbound and outbound phone calls. If you're proficient in Mandarin and English, have excellent communication skills, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers in placing online orders

  • Provide support through phone calls, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective solutions to their queries
  • Process payments securely, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and integrity
  • Proactively support customers and maintain brand reputation by providing exceptional service and support
  • Identify and escalate priority issues, ensuring that customers receive prompt attention and resolution
  • Collaborate with the team to improve customer support, sharing best practices and ideas to enhance the customer experience
  • Maintain and improve service quality, ensuring that customers receive consistent and exceptional service

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field

  • At least 6 months of experience in customer support, with a strong preference for call center experience
  • B2 level proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach
  • Strong typing skills, with a minimum typing speed of 40wpm and 90% accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the food ordering or delivery industry

  • Proficiency in Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and escalate priority issues
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Technical Skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office

  • Strong computer literacy, with the ability to navigate and utilize various software applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
