Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our clients, helping them to overcome technical and compliance challenges. You will work closely with our Security Sales and Google Cloud teams to identify and qualify business opportunities, develop solutions to technical blockers, and maintain high levels of technical expertise. Your primary goal will be to support our clients in achieving their business objectives through our cloud security solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Work with Security Sales and Google Cloud teams to identify and qualify business opportunities, understand client technical and compliance requirements, and develop solutions to technical blockers.

  • Maintain high levels of technical expertise and stay up-to-date with the latest Google Cloud Security products and features.
  • Support Google Cloud Security opportunities and relationships by leading the technical aspects of deals, including delivering compelling technical presentations, product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept demos, and trial management.
  • Plan and deliver product messaging to highlight the value of our solutions using techniques such as whiteboard and slide presentations, product showcases, white papers, trial management, and request for proposal (RFP) response documents.
  • Attend client sites, meetings, and other related events as necessary.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or technical sales engineering role, with a focus on cloud security or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of cloud security, including threat detection, malware analysis, cloud security posture management, and identity and access management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver technical presentations and product briefings to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

* Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Certification in Cloud or Security industry.
  • Experience in implementing business security solutions, such as threat hunting, malware analysis, cloud security posture management, or identity and access management.
  • Knowledge of market trends in the cloud security industry, including ransomware, attack frameworks, zero trust, and other emerging threats.
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
