Job Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Engagement Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, and chats to assist customers with their queries and concerns
  • Assessing customers' needs and providing accurate solutions to ensure a positive experience
  • Learning and adhering to all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
  • Striving to exceed personal and team targets, goals, and quotas to drive business growth and success
  • Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and profile/account changes to maintain accurate records

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Exceptional phone and listening skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with customers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to learn and follow customer service procedures, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Experience in a customer service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools, with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems and technologies
