Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone and email, resolving order processing issues, and navigating multiple computer applications with speed and precision. Key Responsibilities
* Advising and assisting customers by phone and email in resolving order processing issues such as cancellations, modifications, shipping/billing inquiries, and post-order issues
- Performing with substantial autonomy, taking initiative, and independently assessing cases to the best of your abilities
- Navigating through multiple computer applications with speed and precision with an attention to detail
- Learning the roles and parts of all our different departments at arenaflex, and utilizing that knowledge to best help our customers
What We're Looking For
* Minimum of one year experience working in an e-commerce or customer service environment (if you feel you have the skills necessary but have yet to begin your professional career, we encourage you to apply!)
- Bilingualism: English & French with excellent communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency
- Solid computer skills/experience. Excellent at online research
- No Powersports knowledge whatsoever required (we'll provide the foundation of your moto-fu that you'll continue to build and share!)
- Strong drive for progression: We want you to succeed. We'll provide you with access to online learning modules, both for arenaflex systems and others, that'll allow you to grow professionally
- Must be locally based in Montreal, QC and able to commute to our offices when required

* Competitive salary starting at $18/hour, increasing to $20.75/hour once training has been successfully completed
