Essential and Preferred Qualifications

* Customer Service Expertise: Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or remote environment.

Experience

Minimum 1-2 years of experience

in a customer service role, preferably within the logistics, transportation, or retail industries.

Remote Work Experience

Working Hours
