As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless data processing and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency, using various software applications and systems
- Verify and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Manage and maintain data records, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to resolve data-related issues and discrepancies
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Prior experience in data entry, warehousing, freight handling, and/or fork lift operations preferred
- Ability to count and perform basic math, with or without a calculator
- Basic written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift/carry hand freight of varying weights several times a week, to lift dock plates weighing approximately 100 pounds, and to open trailer doors requiring approximately 75 pounds of lift force, up to several times per day or more
- Ability to bend, twist, squat, pushing/pulling freight throughout shift
- Ability to work independently and/or as a team member
- Previous dock/warehouse experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with data entry software applications and systems
- Knowledge of logistics and transportation industry
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and freight handling procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
