Job Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leveraging advanced data science, predictive analytics, and machine learning techniques to drive business growth and improve customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Building and deploying machine learning models using technical expertise in data science, statistical modeling, and data engineering
  • Developing and maintaining complex data pipelines using cloud-based technologies such as Azure/Databricks and Snowflake
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, research, software development, and business leaders to define product requirements and provide analytical support
  • Communicating complex technical concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders, including business leaders and customers
  • Designing and implementing A/B experiments to drive business growth and improve customer experiences
  • Working with large-scale, complex datasets to create and optimize machine learning models, predictive models, and optimization algorithms
  • Developing and deploying cloud-based machine learning models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other popular frameworks
  • Utilizing software tools and methodologies such as GitHub, Continuous Integration and Delivery, and Agile Methodologies

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field
  • Advanced experience in SQL, Python, PySpark, or other programming languages
  • Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets to create and optimize machine learning models, predictive models, and optimization algorithms
  • Advanced degree talent in exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and selection, detecting patterns, learning distributions, visualizing results, and extracting insights to support business decisions
  • Experience with supervised machine learning techniques (linear and logistic regression, time series modeling, generalized linear models, decision trees, support vector machines, etc.) and unsupervised machine learning techniques (K-means, hierarchical clustering, association rules, principal components)
  • Experience with cloud-based machine learning platforms, distributed computing, data pipelines, cloud data stores, and serving engines
  • Experience designing and implementing A/B experiments to drive business growth and improve customer experiences
  • Advanced degree talent in conveying rigorous technical standards and issues to non-experts
  • Experience working in dynamic environments and working with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering results
  • Experience efficiently communicating technical solutions and advocating to data scientists, engineering teams, and business audiences

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Ph.D. in a STEM field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field
  • Experience working with IoT and Edge AI
  • Experience in Reinforcement Learning
  • Experience in Healthcare
