Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Support Associate to join our team, providing live chat and email support to our customers. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues efficiently, and providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries through live chat and email, providing timely and accurate responses to resolve issues efficiently

  • Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and support to customers via live chat and email

  • Utilize knowledge management systems to access and update customer information and resolve issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and support skills
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to achieve shared goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service) preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
